With over 15 years of experience casting for top kids’ projects (Kidz Bop, Music Club Kids) and a background as a child actor himself, Stuart brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this unique learning experience.
In this empowering on-camera workshop, your child will:
- Master On-Camera Techniques: Learn the essentials of performing confidently in front of the camera for TV and Film projects. Strengthen copy reading and improvisation skills while working with other young actors.
- Perfect Audition Skills: Learn how to let your personality and energy shine through and gain valuable tips and tricks to make your auditions stand out, whether in-person or self taped.
- Build Self-Confidence: Stuart’s teaching style lets kids develop a strong sense of self-assurance through guided acting exercises and personalized, empowering feedback.
- Learn the Business: Show business can be a complex, intimidating and challenging industry to navigate; Stuart shares his lifetime of experience (from child actor to casting director) and explains in depth the nuances of the acting business and how to set up to succeed.
- Receive Personalized Feedback: Stuart tailors all his feedback to each individual. He knows that no two actors are alike and that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to acting. As a result, Stuart’s students receive the benefit of specific and constructive ways to improve unique to them.

PLEASE NOTE: We require one parent to accompany each child to the workshop. A portion of the workshop is specifically geared towards parents.
*Deposit Requirement: A deposit of $100 is required to secure a spot in the acting workshop. The deposit is ONLY refundable if the workshop is cancelled by the organizers. If the participant cancels their registration or fails to attend the workshop for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded. Cancellation by Organizers: In the event that the workshop is cancelled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances, all participants will be notified as soon as possible. The full deposit will be refunded within 7 business days of the cancellation notice.
Cancellation by Participants: If a participant chooses to cancel their registration, at least 15 days prior to the workshop date, refunds will be given at the discretion of the event organizers. Cancellations within 14 days of the event will not be offered a refund. Payment of Deposit: The deposit must be paid by upon registration.
